The cross frame perspective is an awesome compositional attribute Jens, it really grabs the attention of the viewer especially the top line of the building thats strongly contraste against the sky. I wonder did he/she ever notice you?
It has some old socialist aesthetics and BW helps the mood. Observed is just the perfect title.
